This week Israelis Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu came to Washington to give a speech to both houses of Congress. I would sum it up in one word: disgusting.
For a head of state to visit a nations capital without visiting that head of state is disrespectful. I don't care who the president of either country is. Grant it Obama is no friend of Israel, but he is still our leader. Secondly when Prime Minister Netanyahu walked onto the house floor, the chamber erupted in cheers never seen in that building. Not even our own Medal of Honor recipients received such an applause. And the members were reaching out to touch Netanyahu as if he was Christ himself. It was like The House of Representatives were simultaneously having orgasms for this foreign politician. Talk radio was no better. You thought Sean Hannity was going to call Netanyahu a dreamboat and ask him on a date.
Of course Netanyahu was rattling the saber for war against Iran, and Congress was eating it up. Poor Bibi couldn't finish a sentence before the chamber gave him another standing ovation. Watching that speech you would think congress was going to have their sons enlist and fight Iran. Nowhere in the speech did Netanyahu said that if Iran attacked Israel, that the Iraeli Defense Forces and the Mossad would wipe Iran off the face of the earth, or Israel will fight hand in hand with US forces. The prime minister might have said that during one of many standing ovations. That's what we need, more occupation of a Middle East nation. I guess Iraq and Afghanistan were not enough. This means more troops, more deployments more money. Obama already gutted the military and our southern border is unguarded.
Now why would we fight Iran on the behalf of Israel. Israel has no natural resources, no industry to speak of and a small trading partner. We have no military in Israel despite its prime location. We give Israel billions annually in aid despite a multi trillion dollar debt. And what has Israel done for the U.S? In 1967 Israel attacked a US Navy ship to get us involved in the war with Egypt. Also Jonathan Pollard gave damaging secrets to Israel, and Israel lobbied heavily to get Pollard's punishment reduced. But during all the crisis' the U.S. endured, Israel has never stepped up. When the USS Cole was attacked, September 11th, earthquakes, forest fires, Katrina and Sandy, Israel never called to help.
And finally all day everyday I hear, "I stand with Israel." And, "there is no greater ally of Israel than the United States." But I never heard Jews say, "I stand with the U.S." Or the U.S. has no greater ally than Israel."

Re: Chris Kyle
Mr. Mohyeldin:
Recently on the "Morning Joe" show on the MSNBC network, you said the following on former Chief Petty Officer Chris Kyle:
-A lot of his stories when he was back home in Texas, a lot of his own personal opinions about what he was doing in Iraq, how he viewed Iraqis. Some of what people have described as his racist tendencies towards Iraqis and Muslims when he was going on some of these, you know, killing sprees in Iraq on assignment.
-When he was involved in his -- on assignments in terms of what he was doing. A lot of the description that has come out from his book and some of the terminology that he has used, people have described as racist.
Sir, what ever your feelings on the War on Terror, the US Navy, or Chief Kyle personally, you couldn't be more wrong calling Chief Kyle racist and his actions on the battlefield racist. You don't like the fact that Kyle killed people of Middle Eastern decent, and you playing to your audience, threw out the "R-word." Calling someone or something racist is when one on the left has no more argument. It's no wonder why your network, MSNBC is hemorrhaging viewers. If you ever served in battle, you learn that each side dehumanizes the enemy. This has been going on since before the colonists decided to fight the British. Chief Kyle didn't go on a killing spree, he was defeating the enemy with precision. He was doing his job sir. And doing it very well. You also mentioned that Chief Kyle was very right of center. I'm sorry that Chief Kyle isn't a Manhattan progressive, and a big supporter of gay rights, taxing the rich, social spending, Affirmative Action, and every other failed program and idea that brought this once great nation to the brink of collapse.
As for accomplishing something, Kyle finished SEAL training. Something only the real 1% can do. He achieved the rank of Chief Petty Officer in less than 10 years, another remarkable achievement. Instead of breaking up his family like military service has done to literally tens of thousands of families, he left the service. He still helped his fellow servicemen by taking them out shooting to help cope with their issues. Even though he wasn't fighting in battle, Chris Kyle still died a hero. Thousands of his fellow Texans lined the streets to pay their respects when he was transported to Cowboy Stadium for his funeral.
As for you, nobody knows who you are. You work for a network that nobody watches. People like me watch it because it's like The Onion for television. You think you are being pithy calling Chief Kyle a racist like every other MSNBC personality does. I figured it out. People like Chris Kyle has machismo, and that's a threat to you. You could never be a Chris Kyle, R. Lee Ermey, or Clint Eastwood. You want to be, but you can't, so you and your colleagues, can only trash a man like Kyle. Keep trashing people like Chief Kyle. It worked so well for people like Michael Moore.
If you want to retort or debate me on your words or this letter, please e-mail me through Political Cesspool host James Edwards at James@ThePoliticalCesspool.org

A simple plan to end social injustice in the neighborhoods of color
Here's a simple plan to my fellow radicals, progressives, occupiers, anarchists, revolutionaries, and racial activists to end social injustice and poverty in neighborhoods of color. As we know time and time again in poor and minority neighborhoods, the police and society in general have oppressed minorities in countless ways and only respond in force. Just look at Rodney King, Eleanor Bumpers, Amadou Diallo, Abner Louima, Trayvon Martin, and now Michael Brown. for too long the government has shortchanged minority communities with substandard schools, substandard housing, poor mass transportation, lack of access to health care, and a lack of general services they are entitled to. We have marched, tweeted, petitioned, protested, filmed, occupied to no avail. But now I have a solution.
If all of us, primarily young, college educated, progressive whites moved into these neighborhoods of color, the elected representatives from the local, state and federal government would have to listen to us because we are now their constituents! Now I'm not talking gentrified neighborhoods, I'm talking the poor, mostly minority neighborhoods that society ignores. We can live, shop, educate, worship, and socialize with the residents to show that we are not hypocrites. I'm looking for something on Minnesota Ave in Southeast Washington (Anacostia). Who's with me?

An Open Letter to Sirius/XM
Sirius/XM Satellite Radio
1221 Avenue of the Americas
New York, NY 10020
July 8, 2014
To whom it may concern:
My name is Peter "Scoop" Stanton I have been a radio subscriber with Sirius/XM since 2009. I broke down and purchased satellite radio to primarily listen to The Opie and Anthony Show as a local radio show in the Virginia Beach, VA area did a radio bit ripping off radio legend Phil Hendrie.
I have been listening to The Opie and Anthony Show off and on since the late 1990's on its former flagship WNEW in New York, and they are a big reason why I got into radio.
Since I have been a subscriber I have become more and more disappointed. First; your customer service in the Philippine Islands is deplorable. Secondly your online feed which I am paying extra doesn't work. I tried so many times to get it to work, and was unsuccessful, that I have totally given up. Ditto for the app for smartphones. I have given up so I now listen to Sirius/XM in the car. When my wife purchased her new car, it was an absolute nightmare to set up an account for both cars! And I haven't started to talk about programming.
In terms of programming, Sirius/XM decided to remove XM channel 143; The America Talks Channel. This channel carried the widely popular Alex Jones and Steve Malzburg, whom I listened to both. This channel, among others was removed for no reason, yet Sirius/XM carries terrestrial radio stations from New York and Los Angeles as well as other terrestrial radio shows.
The Opie and Anthony Show is one of two anchor shows for your network. The other being The Howard Stern Show. Sirius/XM has treated The Opie and Anthony Show staff and its listeners with contempt. The Opie and Anthony Show has a small antiquated studio, despite having A-list celebrity guests such as Louie C.K., Mike Tyson, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Mick Foley, Bill Burr, Melissa McCarthy, and Jonah Hill. This show has some of the poorest sound quality of a mainstream radio show. Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Michael Savage, and Howard Stern never have constant microphone and telephone issues. Plus Michael Savage have numerous studios in the San Francisco area. Opie and Anthony do not have and video feed despite some great groundbreaking radio with superstar guests. As for fan interaction, once every six to twelve months you would have a live appearance. Mr. Hughes and Mr. Cumia wanted to do a bus tour to Branson, MO from New York. Fans around the country were ready willing and able to mobilize at every stop to Branson. But the bus tour never materialized. Then Hughes and Cumia wanted a cruise with the fans, and to show your appreciation for their ability to attract and retain subscribers and advertisers, you demanded a deposit of hundreds of thousands of dollars from them! Whereas Howard Stern has a large, modern studio with state of the art equipment, a website, video, and a lavish birthday party with Hollywood celebrities! his is the same man who sued Sirius/XM for hundreds of millions of dollars in stock!
Now you fired Anthony Cumia for some tweets stemming from him being a victim of a hate crime. Mr. Cumia did not make any threats to anyone, did not assault anyone, or even type in the dreaded "N-word" despite your other personalities use that word constantly. Mr. Cumia did not wish for his listeners to start a race riot or burn down the City of New York like Rev. Al Sharpton has done.
As for me, this is the last straw. I am going subscribe until July 14, 2014 when Gregg "Opie" Hughes and Jim Norton say their piece on what remains of The Opie and Anthony Show. This decision by Sirius/XM is a bad one. Free speech is under attack. One of your employees was assaulted, and exercised his free speech, and you fire him. Let's look at the ramifications. Mass cancellations. Lower advertising rates due to a smaller number of subscribers. Declining stock value. Bad publicity and a vicious attack on social media. I hope it was worth it.
Sincerly:

Sirius/XM Battle plan 7/7/14
Here is a strategy to stick it to those motherfuckers who treat one of the franchises of the company like shit and treat its subscribers like shit. Anthony Cumia made Sirius/XM millions of dollars! And look how they treat both him and Opie! I have listened to Opie and Anthony since WNEW days. It was Mr. Hughes and Mr. Cumia that inspired me to go into radio albeit part time.
0600: Start calling every show on every channel, including Hoo-hoo! This includes entertainment, politics, sports, comedy and even the "urban" stations. Tell them that you have enjoyed their work for years. When they say thank you, say: "NOT YOU! ANTHONY CUMIA!"
0600: Call the various customer care numbers and ask them what channel is Live from the Compound is found on then when is Sirius/XM going to start carrying Live from the Compound! Sirius Customer line: 1-888-601-6296.
0800: Go to Sirius/XM headquarters to protest at 1221 Avenue of the America's, but also go to Fox, NBC, ABC and anyone else who does a outdoor broadcast. Bring signs showing your displeasure with the firing of Anthony and Sirius/XM overall. But keep the signs FCC friendly!
0800: Start calling Sirius/XM corporate. It's great that fans have called customer service to complain but we need to step it up. Those Filipino customer service reps that Sirius pays next to nothing just don't give a shit!
Sirius/XM Corporate telephone: (212)584-5100
0930: Dump Sirius/XM stock (SIRI) If you or anyone you know has Sirius/XM stock. Tell them to dump it and spread the word by any means necessary that the stock is going to tank!
1101: In case you haven't already done so, cancel your subscription to Sirius/XM
